2024 has been a year of milestones for Denominator. From significant growth in our database & team to strong partnerships across the globe, this year showcased the power of collaboration and innovation.

Over 5 Million Companies in Our Database
We reached 5.043 million companies in our database, marking a 43% increase compared to 2023. This expansion reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering comprehensive and actionable insights, enabling businesses to make informed decisions.
2,604 Million Datapoints
This year, we also reached 2,604M datapoints. With raw data, scores and ratings across 15+ social dimensions within diversity, human rights, health and safety, and labor rights, the database is the most granular and comprehensive of its kind. The datasets cover the board, executive team, and company level to drive detailed scoring and rating models. These datapoints are the foundation of the actionable insights we provide to drive social sustainability.
Events Across 17 Countries
Denominator attended events in 17 countries across North America, Europe & Asia. These events provided invaluable opportunities to share knowledge, build relationships, and engage with global leaders. Highlights included:

25 External Collaborations
We established 25 external collaborations, with March being our busiest month thanks to International Women’s Day, resulting in seven collaborations alone. Some of these partnerships were with new collaborators, bringing fresh perspectives to our work, while others deepened relationships with long-standing partners. Over 146,798 LinkedIn Impressions
Thanks to your engagement, we achieved 146,798 impressions on LinkedIn this year, reaching new heights in connecting with our community. Your likes, shares, and comments have been instrumental in spreading our mission and vision.
Launch of R.M.R.C Social Impact Program
We launched our first social impact program, R.MR.C (Rwenzori Mountains Runners Club), dedicated to promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles among youth and people with disabilities in the mountain community of Western Uganda. Denominator is proud to be the main partner of this initiative, helping raise funds, secure donations, and sponsor efforts to increase visibility and opportunities for the program. This is a project we will continue to support and grow in 2025. Through sport, they aim to inspire hope and drive change.
