Last week, part of Team Denominator gathered in Copenhagen for two days filled with insightful knowledge sessions, interactive workshops, and fun team-building activities. We kicked off with the "Power of Diversity", demonstrating how a team can achieve more collectively than any individual can alone. A little, however, powerful exercise for any team. The overarching themes of the two days included:
- Start With Why: Simon Sinek’s TED talk from 2009 will be forever relevant, especially as a highly diverse and global company
- Preparing for the Expected: Looking back at key milestones and utilizing H1 learnings for strategic priorities and goals of H2
- Team building: Fun activities including building with LEGO, a photoshoot and Kahoot about our team
A special highlight was the CPH cooking class were divided into two teams, we each created our own dinner menu using seasonal ingredients. It was amazing seeing everyone collaborate to create unique and delicious dishes – and learn new cooking tips and tricks! Fueled by new ideas and energy from these two days, Team Denominator is excited for H2. As a primarily remote company, Team Days are incredibly important to us, and we are eagerly excited for our upcoming meet up of the Asia-Pacific Team in the Philippines.
